Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges: Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping Limitation: We currently ship only within the United States and United Kingdom.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Order processing begins after payment is confirmed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Order Handling Time: Orders are handled within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Transit Time: Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business day (Monday–Friday).
Tracking Number: Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. Customers can also track their packages directly on our website. Please note: occasional delays may occur due to postal issues or other factors outside our control.
Lost in Mail: Every order is shipped with insured shipping to protect against loss. If a package is lost, delayed, held at customs, or returned, we will send you a replacement package with priority shipping and full tracking, when available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Some carriers may have restrictions regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your selected carrier has limitations, please ensure compliance with their policy.
Customs Fees & Import Taxes: All prices on our website are in USD, and all taxes are covered by us. Depending on your location and local regulations, you may be required to pay import duties or customs taxes when receiving your order. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Extended Delays: In rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected. If this happens, please contact us, and we will assist you with any issue within our control.
